During this time he’s progressed from Recruitment Consultant through to Regional Manager, holding the position of Managing Director since 2013. Carl, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant with global advisory firm PwC, joined RG in May 2011 to set up the firm’s corporate finance business having previously spent several years working in RSM’s national corporate finance business. Carl has a prolific track record of advising the shareholders and management teams of many recruitment companies on all aspects of growth, change and transformation and has advised on dozens of disposals, acquisitions, MBO’s and MBI’s in the sector over the past 15 years, including the sale of Gap Personnel to Be-Next, the sale of Crimson to Harvey Nash, the MBO of Energize Recruitment, the MBO of Venturi, the sale of NRG Plc, to name only a few.
