By registering for your free ‘Cyber Audit X’ mini audit, you agree to accept and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Order for services from Atlas Cloud Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07297347 whose registered office is at Generator Studios, Trafalgar Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2LA (the Supplier).
This Order is subject to the Supplier’s standard terms and conditions for the supply of services, a copy of which is available on request. No other terms shall apply, notwithstanding any terms of the Customer appended to this Order.
As part of the initial assessment product, the Supplier is required to assess the security stance of the Customer by conducting vulnerability assessments and performing active information gathering. These activities involve scanning external network elements, and other computer systems owned by the Customer to discover vulnerabilities present on these systems.
The Customer grants authorisation to the Supplier to conduct vulnerability assessments against this organisation’s external assets. To that end, the undersigned attests to the following:
  1. James Thompson of Atlas Cloud has permission to scan the organisation’s external computer equipment to find vulnerabilities. This permission is granted from the date of the Order (i.e. the date of the form submission) for a period of no longer than four weeks
  2. The Customer Contact (i.e. the person who submits the form) has the authority to grant this permission for testing the organisation’s external Information Technology assets.
